Pioneer House

Pioneer House was established in 1945 and became part of Flower Foundation in 2003. The Care Centre is situated in Oaklands and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a charming chapel. Pioneer House Care Centre seeks to extend the years of active healthy living by providing care and assistance with day to day activities.

Residents are accommodated in single or shared rooms and have a cosy lounge and garden area where they can enjoy visits with friends and family or simply relaxing. Pioneer House provides comfortable accommodation alongside social activities which benefit the residents. The Care Centre has been operating for 60+ years and continues to be a popular establishment.

Frail Care is when you or your loved one will need constant support with dedicated helping hands that our trusted staff are more than happy to provide. Frail Care offers the benefit of 24-hour supervised care to residents who are no longer able to care for themselves. Meals, laundry and domestic services are all provided for, as is assistance with daily living activities. All care is overseen by our trusted, qualified and professional staff who consider the individuals’ needs and interests.
